a. direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer the revenue entries in respect of Old Paimash No.239 & 240, New S.No.282/4 and 282/6 extent of 1.96 acre in Kottivakkam Village, Adyar SRO, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram. b. direct the respondents 5 & 6 to cancel the sale deeds district records after the execution of Sale deed through High Court of Madras vide Document No.3720 of 1960 in respect of Old Paimash No.239 & 240, New S.No.282/4 and 282/6 extent of 1.96 acre in Kottivakkam Village, Adyar SRO, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram as fraudulent transaction and to initiate criminal prosecution against those indulged in creating fabricated documents under Section 83 of the Registration Act.

ORDER

When the matter came up before this Court on 25.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 27.03.2024, under the caption "for Dismissal".

2. Today (27.03.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he has already handed over change of vakalat. But he has not filed any memo before the Registry and therefore, his name has not been deleted.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. The W.M.P. Nos.35221 and 35222 of 2018 are closed. W.M.P.No.35219 of 2018 is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee by each of the Writ Petitioners. No costs.
