PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2ndrespondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2018 within a time stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER By consent of both parties, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners have come up with these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their representations dated 09.10.2018 within a time frame.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted their representations dated 09.10.2018 to reconsider the setting up of a Metro Rail Station at Perambur Market, but the same are yet to be disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.
4. Mr.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the first respondent in all Writ Petitions and Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, learned counsel taking notice for the second respondent in all Writ Petitions, submitted that the second respondent be directed to consider the petitioners' representations and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
