Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 14.09.2018 in C.A.No.71 of 2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of criminal Revision, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the sentence passed by the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 14.09.2018 in C.A.No.71 of 2018, is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
