This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code with a prayer to withdraw G.W.O.P No.889 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruppur.

2) Today, when this petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this transfer civil miscellaneous petition with liberty to file a fresh application based on the same cause of action. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3) In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application for the same cause of action before this Court and accordingly this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
