By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 to cancel the patta No.144 stands in the name of Mr.Venkataraman issued by the fourth respondent for the property situated at Chettikuppam Village, Marakanam, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 02.07.2018, to the fourth respondent, claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the fourth respondent.

4. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the fourth respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
