O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.218 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions would submit that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengam, in C.C.No.96 of 2018.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
