This application has been filed to restore the Original Petition No.699 of 2015 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 27.09.2018.

2. This Court, by order dated 27.11.2018, has directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- to the credit of Madras Bar Association, High Court Buildings, Chennai and on such deposit the Registry was directed to restore the Original Petition.

3. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has not yet complied with the direction issued by this Court in order dated 27.11.2018.

4. Since the order of this Court has not been complied with, the dismissal of the Original Petition for nonprosecution stands. Consequently, this application stands dismissed.
