00017209 100 shares Tata Elxsi Limited 113000 Total:4,52,000/- This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition, which originally belonged to the deceased Bhawari Lal Surana.

2. Mr.Bhanwari Lal Surana died on 30.04.1994 and left behind the petitioner as his only son. The petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of the deceased Bhawari Lal Surana as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex. P2. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate reveals that the petitioner is the legal heir of the deceased Bhawari Lal Surana.

3. In view of the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
