SCHEDULE OF PROPERTIES XEROX COPY ATTACHED Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NALLIYAPPAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of interim injunction forbearing the respondents herein from alienating the property which is subject matter of the C.F.R.No.3788 of 2015 in unnumbered O.S.No....... of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Salem pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.

2. Considering the fact that any sale pending appeal would be hit by the principles of lis pendens, there is no necessity to grant any order of injunction as prayed for. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
