The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the record and quash the FIR in Crime No.312 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, k-6 Police Station, T.P. Chatram, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the investigation is completed the petitioner may be granted liberty to work out her remedy before the trial court itself.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law before the Competent forum.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
