Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 03.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.5338 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.no.444 of 2018 that the petitioner shall report before the Learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet on first working day of every month Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Government Advocate [crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order on 03.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.5338 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.444 of 2018, imposing a condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the revision.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent that the order passed by this Court on 03.04.2018, has been duly complied with by the petitioner till date.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on him vide order dated 03.04.2018.

4. Considering the facts of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side that the petitioner has been duly complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 03.04.2018, till recently, the condition as imposed on the petitioner shall be removed.
