2. When the matter is taken up today, when this Court raise query as to the stage of the arbitration proceedings, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that arbitration proceedings has not been initiated in this matter till date.

3. In such view of the matter, it is for the applicant to take steps to initiate arbitral proceedings as per the agreement between the parties.
