O R D E R

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.09.2018 to the

respondents 1 to 5 to re-convey the land acquired from the petitioner in Old Survey No.299/2, Re-Survey No.299/2A1 measuring an extent of 760 Sq.M., in Mudalaipatti Village, No.72, Nallipalayam Group, Namakkal District. Since the said representation has not been considered, he has come up with the present writ petition.

2.The learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the fifth respondent has submitted that the representation dated 24.09.2018 made by the petitioner will be considered by the fifth respondent on merits and in accordance with law. 3.Considering the above submission made, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the contentions raised by the writ petitioner in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
