When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that award has already been passed in this matter on 07.06.2019.

2. In such view of the matter, the applicant shall take steps to enforce the award as per law. As the applicant has filed this application to restrain the respondent from alienating the property as an interim measure, the respondent is directed not to alienate the schedule mentioned property for a period of six months.
