Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 to 6 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Tamil PG Teachers at Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Thiruvannamalai, based upon the representation dated 3.3.2018.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 4 to 6 to appoint the writ petitioner to the post of Tamil P.G. Teachers at Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Thiruvannamalai, based upon the representation dated 3.3.2018.
2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is misconceived.
3. Mere submission of a representation would not confer any right on the writ petitioner to seek appointment in the sixth respondent-School.
4. All appointments are to be made strictly in accordance with the Recruitment Rules in force and by submitting a representation to the authorities concerned, the writ petitioner cannot file a writ petition for a direction to consider the representation for providing appointment.
5. The writ petitioner has not established any cause for the purpose of filing the present writ petition and further, she cannot be considered as an aggrieved person in the eye of law.
6. Under these circumstances, the writ petition deserves no merit consideration and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Svn
