C.M.P.No.20019 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR70944 of 2016 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 579 days in representing the papers in the above First Appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on payment on Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petition is allowed.
