The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the family Court to expedite the proceedings in O.P.No.4061 of 2007. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the petition for divorce was filed in the year 2017 and thereafter, there is not much progress, even though, the counter is said to have been filed in the year 2018.
