Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Hosur to speedily dispose of the O.S.No.335 of 2006 within a stipulated period of time. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Sakkarapani

The limited prayer sought for in the present revision is for a speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.335 of 2006.

2.On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that in view of the pendency of two interim applications filed in the year 2017, the http://www.judis.nic.in

(g s a) proceedings have been adjourned periodically. Since the suit was initiated in the year 2016 and these applications were already filed in the year 2017, it would be appropriate to direct the Court below to complete the suit within a stipulated time.

3.In the light of the above, the learned District Munsif, Hosur is called upon to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.335 of 2006 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
