JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J. Nisha Banu, J) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/ husband against the judgment and decree dated 18.04.2018 dismissing the petition in H.M.O.P.No.560 of 2013 filed by him for divorce on the file of the Additional Family Court at Coimbatore.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant died and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.
3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
