Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VINOTH RAJA, ADVOCATE FOR MR.N.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for an interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men and agents from in any way creating any encumbrance or alienating the petition mentioned properties which is the subject matter in O.S.No.159 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Namakkal pending disposal of this Appeal Suit. Considering the fact that any encumbrance or alienation would be subject to the result of First Appeal and hit by lis pendens.
