[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Mrs.Baby Priya aged about 44 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the wife of the petitioner whose production has been sought for has returned to the matrimonial home. He has also produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the statement given by the petitioner dated 05.11.2018 which informs that his wife has returned to the matrimonial home.

4. Recording the above submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
