This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation consequently direct them to file final report in Crime No.18 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent seeks time for filing final report. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2012, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
