Vs S.ANJALAI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Original Petition Number 25555/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.109 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ariyalur.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO. 25555/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ILLANCHEZIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C., on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for further summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.25555 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.25555 of 2018.
