O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose off the Suit in O.S.No.1448 of 2000 at an early date.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the trial has commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1448 of 2000, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
