Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to issue an order of direction to the respondent as to investigate the offences made in FIR in Crime No.40 of 2015, dated 11.02.2015 on his file, on considering the order of direction, dated 07.09.2015 which has been already issued to him by this Court with respect to registration of FIR made in Contempt Petition No.1927 of 2015, which shall be treated as forming part of the FIR and file a charge-sheet as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law for securing the ends of justice.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an order of direction to the respondent as to investigate the offences made in FIR in Crime No.40 of 2015, dated 11.02.2015 on his file, on considering the order of direction, dated 07.09.2015 which has been already issued to him by this Court with respect to registration of FIR made in Contempt Petition No.1927 of 2015, which shall be treated as forming part of the FIR and file a charge-sheet as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.02.2015, no final report is filed till date.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
