This Court, by order dated 12.06.2018, granted an order of interim stay, in the above appeal, on condition that the 1st respondent herein/appellant has to deposit 50% of the entire compensation amount along with statutory interest and as per the order passed by this Court, the 1st respondent herein/appellant has deposited 50% of the entire compensation amount along with statutory interest, ie., a sum of Rs.9,49,946/- before the IV Additional District Court, Ponneri to the credit of LAOP NO. 2319 of 1998 and the present CMP has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the said amount. 2.

The 1st respondent herein/appellant has no objection in permitting the petitioners to withdraw the said amount. http://www.judis.nic.in
