2.The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the notice dated 31.08.2018 in relation to encroachment made by the petitioner on the water body.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that they are withdrawing the said notice dated 31.08.2018 and they may issue fresh notice in accordance with law.

As the notice dated 31.08.2018 is being withdrawn, this writ petition is infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
