PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to refrain from harassing the petitioners herein in connection with complaint said to have been lodged by the said Indumathi with the Respondent Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to refrain from harassing the petitioners herein in connection with complaint said to have been lodged by the said Indumathi with the Respondent Police. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant viz., Indumathi, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
