O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., procedure has been initiated against this petitioner and therefore, this petitioner was called for enquiry. It is made clear that under Section 110 Cr.P.C., proceedings should be conducted only by the learned Executive Magistrate and not by the police. Therefore, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry by the respondent police.

2.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above said direction.
