This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 16.10.2018, which is nothing but a notice calling upon the petitioner to appear on 29.10.2018 for an enquiry to be conducted in respect of the property let out to the petitioner.

2. It is stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, an order dated 01.11.2018 has been passed by the Wakf Board consequent upon the impugned notice dated 16.10.2018.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the contention raised by both parties, only with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 01.11.2018 before the appropriate forum. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
