O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Judge, Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court Harur, Dharmapuri District, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court 1/4

2.None appeared for the petitioner.

3.On perusal of this civil revision petition it appears that this civil revision petition was filed for seeking direction to the court below for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2015. This matter is pending before this Court for the past 2 1⁄2 years.

4.In view of the above, none appeared for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to consider the H.M.O.P. No.98 of 2015, which is pending for the past five years, on the file of the Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District and this Court also directed the Court below to dispose of the above said H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
