[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the brother of the detenu viz., Abuthalib, aged 17 years, S/o.Late. Munveer Basha sought production of his brother.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. Detenu has been produced by second respondent. Petitioner and detenu are present in Court. Detenu wishes to return to his partental home and to accompany his brother. Ms.Yamuna Suba Sri, aged about 16 years, D/o.Panneer Selvam and her parents are also present. The parents of the minor girl informs that the girl will be at the parental home under the care and custody of the parents.

4. Recording such position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
