Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from commencing or doing any construction activities for the construction of Sanarapatty Panchayat Office Building in Survey No.204/2, situated at Sanarapatty Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take decision for the construction of Sanarapatty Panchayat Office Building in S.No.399/14 of Sanarapatty Village, which is nearby Grama Sevai Maiyam(Village Panchayat Service Centre) based on the Grama Sabha Resolution dated 02.10.2018.
