This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3090 days in filing the restoration petition in the above writ petition.

2.For non-payment of batta, opportunities were granted on several occasions by this Court and ultimately, time was granted till 09.04.2010. Even thereafter, batta was not paid.

Hence, this writ petition was dismissed on 31.05.2010.

3.In these circumstances, the present petition for condoning the delay of 3090 days in filing the restoration petition, does not deserve any consideration and accordingly the same is dismissed.
