This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.09.2018 passed in R.C.A.No.17 of 2015 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, thereby confirming the order dated 22.09.2014 passed in R.C.O.P.No.926 of 2013 on the file of XII Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent is the tenant in the petition filed by the petitioner to vacate the premises. Now, he vacated the premises. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
