(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This is a petition to restore the above O.S.A., which was dismissed on 01.12.2016.

2.Since, Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff fairly says no objection in restoring the appeal and since, the other respondents who are the main defendants remained ex parte before the trial Court, there is no question of giving notice to the other respondents. Hence, this petition is ordered.
