Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.2238 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.94 of 2018 by order dated 16.02.2018 that the petitioner should appear before the trial court on every first working day of the English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABHAKAR ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2238 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.94 of 2018 dated 16.02.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Special Court Judge (Special Court for Trial Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2238 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.94 of 2018 dated 16.02.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Court Judge (Special Court for Trial Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem once in two months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m., starting from the month of December 2018.
