ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed only seeking for a direction to direct the learned Additional District Munsif Court at Chidambaram to dispose the suit in O.S.No.189 of 2011 at an early date.

2.Mr.Y.T.Aravind Gosh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents no.8 and 9. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that till date the Court below has not passed any orders and further, he stated that the suit is pending from the year 2011, therefore, he sought for an appropriate direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit. Hence, the present Civil Revision petition is filed before this Court with the above said limited direction.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the limited prayer sought in the revision petition, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of this order.

5.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
