This Court has passed an order on 29.11.2018 directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Namakkal to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.577 of 2018 along with H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2018, which has been re-numbered as F.C.O.P.No.70 of 2019, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of the order.

2. Thiru.P.Balasubramaniam, the learned Judge, Family Court, Namakkal has now sent the letter dated 24.5.2019 seeking another three months time to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.577 of 2018 and F.C.O.P.No.70 of 2019, as the order passed by this Court was received only on 1.3.2019.

3. This Court grants only a month's time to the learned Judge, Family Court, Namakkal to dispose of the aforementioned cases on merit and it is made clear that the time will not be extended any further. 12.06.2019 ss http://www.judis.nic.in
