ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Sessions Court, wherein the petitioner has been directed to appear before the Sessions Court, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case has already been committed to the Sessions court and it is at the stage of trial. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, apart from attending on all the hearing dates, cannot be made to attend the Court every Monday at 10.30 a.m and imposing such a condition on the petitioner is onerous.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai once in a month on the first working day. This condition has to be complied with apart from the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing before the Court below during every hearing date. It is open to the petitioner to move an application to relax this condition after some time on the change of circumstances. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
