Respondents (R3 & R4 are suo motu impleaded vide order dt.02.11.2018) Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to call for the records in No.841/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 17.09.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and produce the detenu viz., Ajith Kumar, S/o.Murugan, aged about 24 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Since the detention order No.841/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 17.09.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent has already been quashed vide order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this petition stands closed.
