The limited prayer sought for in this revision petition is for a direction to the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to direct the Registry of the Family Court to number the interlocutory application in I.A.SR.No.12461 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.2688 of 2018.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid interlocutory application has been filed for the purpose of seeking permission to represent the petitioner therein by a power of attorney, who is his father and the same is kept pending by the Registry of the Family Court without numbering. In my considered opinion, whenever such an interlocutory application is made, it would not be an impediment on the part of the Registry of the Family Court to number the same, if it is otherwise in order, instead of keeping it pending in the SR stage itself. As such, the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is called upon to direct his Registry to number the interlocutory application viz., I.A.SR.No.12461 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.2688 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the same on its own merits, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

atleast within a period of 30 days thereafter. 4.With the above observation and directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
