Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner comprised in S.No.663/2 (part) having an extent of 4800 sq.ft. bounded on North by Survey No.663/1, South by 30 feet road, East by P.Murugan land and West by Anjali land and another house site having extent of 3600 sq.ft. in S.No.663/2 (part) bounded on North by Survey No.663/1, South by 30' feet road, East by Government land and West by M.Loganathan land totally 8400 sq.ft. in the Registration District of South Chennai, Joint Sub Registration of Saidapet, Kancheepuram District and Pallikaranai Village based on the representation dated 06.03.2018 and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the name of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2018 within a time frame. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.03.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
