KRISHNAKUMAR, J This miscellaneous petition has been filed for grant of interim injunctions restraining the respondents 2 to 4 from conducting the South India Cine Television Artistes and Dubbing Artistes Union 33rd Year Annual General Body Meeting on November 17, 2018 or Special General Body Meeting or Emergency General Body Meeting till the disposal of the Writ petition.

2. When this matter is came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 33rd Year Annual General Body Meeting was already held on 17.11.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has challenged the amended Bye-Laws of the Union before this Court in the main writ petition. The petitioner has made several representations to the first respondent for appointment of a neutral administrator, but no action was taken on the petitioner's representations.

4. Admittedly, the Annual General Body meeting was already held on 17.11.2018, the interim injunction does not arise and hence, the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

5. Post the main writ petition for final disposal on 21.01.2019.

6. In the meantime, the counsel for the respondents shall file Counter affidavit before this Court.
