By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the death of her husband, who died on 16.08.1998 and also issue a death certificate on the basis of petitioner's representations dated 18.06.2018 and 01.09.2018.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 18.06.2018 and 01.09.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this Writ Petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.06.2018 and 01.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
