Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 29.08.2018.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.08.2018, seeking to cancel the entires made in documents bearing Nos.455/1976 and 1208/1976 in Book No.I on the file of the Vaniyambadi Sub Registrar Office in respect of the property bearing T.S.No.15 at Ward-E, Block 19, No.652, Chengam Street, Maslimpur, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District, but, the said representation has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
