Respondent in both WPs PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 20.09.2018 and 27.09.2018 respectively sent by the petitioner within a stipulated period. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Govi Ganesan in both WPs For Respondent : Mr.E.Balamurugan, Special Government Pleader in both WPs.

C O M M O N O R D E R By consent of both parties, these Writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with these writ petitions seeking direction to the respondent to consider his representations dated 20.09.2018 and 27.09.2018. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 20.09.2018 and 27.09.2018 relating to cancellation of UDR patta issued in the names of S.Ramachandran and S.Shanmugasundaram and to issue patta in his name, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2018 and 27.09.2018 and who in turn pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
