This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2018 on 03.01.2018 under Sections 341 and 506 (i) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2018, if not already completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant provided there is no any legal impediment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
