This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.73 of 2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.73 of 2018 on 01.04.2018 under Sections 294(b), 448, 427 and 506 (i) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r) of SC/ST [POA] Amendment Act, 2015. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the 1st respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.73 of 2018, expeditiously and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant provided there is no any legal impediment.
