SATHA DEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.15804 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.782 of 2017, vide oder dated 14.12.2017.

2.Earlier this Court has passed a conditional order, directing the petitioner herein to report before the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Vellore, at 10.30 p.m. on the first working day of every month, till the disposal of the appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the earlier order passed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the concerned Court once in a month, the said condition could not be relaxed further. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
